Decentralized organization needed to ensure its practitioners could meet licensure requirements across multiple requlatory jurisdictions.

This web-based tracking and matching app provides an easy-to-use, color-coded interface enabling quick visual recognition of pertinent tasks and information customized to the logged-in user.

In addition to increasing the accuracy of the data collected, the client was able to identify six times the original estimated number of ~200 users. The app broadened the scope for making appropriate personnel matches within and beyond geographically defined workforce resulting in incorporation as a requirement into the customer’s on-boarding process. |
BIOS – Resume & Profile builder app
Fast growing organization struggled with finding information, applying consistent processes across projects, training new resources, and transitioning knowledge and expertise as employees ramped up for engagements and transitioned to other opportunities.

This personalized, web-based portal allows participants to create a personal profile and navigate their career path starting with the on-boarding process. With a choice between a pre-scripted, role-based path or the ability to access information on a just-in-time, need to know basis, BIOS allows 24/7/365 access and can be deployed on a variety of platforms providing a single interface to multiple back-end systems while accommodating multiple learning styles including social and peer-to-peer modalities.

BIOS increases ramp up time for new employees, as well as optimizes employee productivity, increases training impact, and decreases the time and frustration in locating the right information at the right time for all employees. |
CALC – ROI Estimating Tool
In conjunction with the migration of a legacy system to the Cloud, the client was adapting a widespread, diverse audience to adopt newer technology-enabled learning modalities.

This ROI estimating tool allow for the entry on a number of unique parameters for estimating training sessions, capacity, timeframes, and the resulting costs for procedural-level and role-based classroom, web-based, and remediation programs.
