In addition to increasing the accuracy of the data collected, the client was able to identify six times the original estimated number of ~200 users. With a choice between a pre-scripted, role-based path or the ability to access information on a just-in-time, need to know basis, BIOS allows 24/7/365 access and can be deployed on a variety of platforms providing a single interface to multiple back-end systems while accommodating multiple learning styles including social and peer-to-peer modalities.

This ROI estimating tool allow for the entry on a number of unique parameters for estimating training sessions, capacity, timeframes, and the resulting costs for procedural-level and role-based classroom, web-based, and remediation programs.

Project included the design and development of end user and customer training materials to support a three-tiered internal and external certification program.
